As a Public Area Attendant at Zumana, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene of public areas throughout the venue. From keeping guest spaces spotless to ensuring facilities are clean, organized, and ready for use, your contribution will help create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests.

What You’ll Experience In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

What You’ll Be Doing You will clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, guest facilities, and other designated spaces. Throughout your shift, you will ensure that floors, surfaces, furniture, and facilities remain clean, presentable, and ready for guest use.

You will also replenish restroom supplies, handle waste disposal, monitor cleaning supplies, and promptly report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the appropriate team. You will follow cleaning schedules and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation will be essential to ensuring a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Do you take pride in cleanliness and attention to detail?
• Do you enjoy practical, hands-on work and being part of a team?
• Can you maintain high cleaning standards during busy operational periods?
• Are you comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout your shift?
• Are you willing to learn proper cleaning procedures and chemical-handling practices?
• Can you work independently while following instructions and cleaning schedules?
• Are you available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights?
• Have you previously worked in housekeeping, cleaning, or a hospitality environment? Experience is welcome, but not essential.
