Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise network and network security infrastructure. Troubleshoot incidents and ensure SLA compliance. Perform network changes following Change Management processes. Required Skills 5+ years of experience supporting Cisco enterprise networks . Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Switches, WLAN, Cisco ACI (Mandatory),Cisco SDA (Mandatory) CCNP Certification (Mandatory) . Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching protocols. Experience with Network Security technologies and Load Balancers . Hands-on experience with: F5 Load BalancerPalo Alto / Check Point / Fortinet FirewallsBlue Coat ProxySplunk
