IAM & Platform Automation Engineer

Mandatory Qualifications & Technical Skills Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), platform engineering, or automation.

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Core Identity Stack: Deep technical experience configuring and managing Active Directory, AD FS, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).

Authentication Protocols: Hands-on experience implementing and managing SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect .

API Integration: Proven ability to use Microsoft Graph API for identity administration, integration, and automation tasks.

Scripting & Automation: Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or similar to eliminate manual toil and build platform/deployment automation.

DevSecOps & CI/CD: Practical experience integrating IAM and security automation with configuration management and CI/CD practices.

Operations: Capable of resolving day-to-day IAM incidents, ensuring platform security/compliance, and participating in on-call incident response.
