Job Summary
Lead and manage all production operations to ensure efficient scheduling, quality control, equipment maintenance, cost management, and team development within a rotating shift environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and forecast production schedules based on orders and invoices to optimize workflow and meet delivery targets
- Assign daily production tasks to the Factory Manager to ensure clear operational direction
- Supervise and coordinate adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the production department
- Monitor production progress continuously and adjust schedules flexibly to enhance productivity and meet deadlines
- Establish and promote quality awareness and enterprise spirit to maintain high production standards
- Oversee quality control processes and implement improvements to resolve production issues promptly
- Monitor equipment usage to ensure proper operation and coordinate necessary maintenance and repairs
- Manage daily production activities while maintaining a clean and safe production environment
- Implement and supervise production identification processes to ensure traceability and compliance
- Compile and manage production statistics and administrative records accurately
- Control production costs by planning and implementing cost-saving measures effectively
- Organize and deliver skills training for team leaders to enhance safe operation management
- Maintain confidentiality of company research data and enforce regulatory compliance within teams
- Evaluate, train, reward, and review production employees to foster performance and development
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors to support production goals
