BIM Modeller/ Coordinator

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus Working days: 5.5 days Location: Project site at Central Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and shop drawings for regulatory approval and on-site construction.

Detect, flag, and report structural/MEP clashes to the Project Design Team to prevent construction errors.

Assist the design team with Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure all drawing submissions meet project deadlines.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of Singapore construction experience (contractor background preferred).

Advanced proficiency in BIM software, specifically Revit (Architecture/MEP/Structure), Tekla, and MicroStation (AECOsim).

Proven track record in producing high-quality construction shop drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently under pressure, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
