Assistant Sales Manager (Marine & Offshore)

Overview: Industry: Marine & Offshore Engineering Location: Changi Road Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm (Weekends off) Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth, secure new clients, and manage existing relationships across shipowners and contractors

Prepare sales proposals, deliver presentations, and handle contract negotiations/tenders

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless delivery

Track market trends, fulfill sales KPIs, and provide regular performance reports

Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field

3+ years of sales experience in the marine & offshore sector

Technical product/service knowledge with hands-on experience handling tenders

Strong regional market awareness (SEA) and local industry network

Driven, independent, with solid communication and negotiation skills
