Customer Service Administrator

CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR Westbury, Wiltshire | Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) | £26,000 - £28,000 DOE

Robert Half is working exclusively with a well-established manufacturing business, a leading name in its sector supplying high-profile clients across retail, art, music, and charity industries. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused administrator to join a busy, collaborative commercial team.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager, you'll play a key part in keeping clients happy and the wider business running smoothly. You'll be the link between the customer services department and the rest of the organisation, handling admin, reporting, and day-to-day client queries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages where needed
• Responding to daily customer service emails within a 24-hour SLA
• Reviewing and logging customer returns
• Running daily and weekly client stock reports
• Liaising with clients on address issues and updating internal records
• Managing shipping exceptions, including issuing commercial invoice details
• Taking and writing up weekly sales meeting notes
• Providing general admin support to account managers
• Covering for the Digital Account Manager during holiday periods

• Comfortable communicating at all levels and building strong working relationships

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and think on your feet
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential

THE PACKAGE

• Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
• Hybrid working pattern (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Monday and Friday remote)
