Power Platform & AI Engineer

Role purpose: Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions enhanced with AI to automate processes, improve decision-making, and deliver scalable business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy solutions using Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power BI .
• Design data models and integrations with Dataverse , Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs.
• Implement AI capabilities using Copilot , Azure AI, and/or custom models to enable intelligent automation and insights.
• Build reusable components, connectors, and templates to accelerate delivery and standardize best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver iterative releases.
• Ensure security, governance, performance, and compliance across environments (DLP policies, ALM, monitoring).
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows and reports, and provide documentation and user enablement.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse .
• Strong integration skills: REST APIs, connectors, authentication (OAuth), and data transformation.
• AI/ML implementation experience (Copilot, Azure OpenAI/Azure AI services, prompt design, model evaluation).
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, environment strategy, ALM, and security controls.
• Ability to communicate clearly, manage priorities, and deliver production-ready solutions.
