Your tasks

Purpose of Position Support daily end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, packing, delivery coordination and customer service.

Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time across e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

Knowledge Basic understanding of Vietnam’s e-commerce landscape and online shopping platforms.

Basic understanding of order fulfillment and delivery processes is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of marketplace operations such as Shopee, TikTok Shop and Lazada is preferred.

Order processing and fulfillment.

Customer service and online communication.

Basic product consultation / selling skills.

Marketplace Seller Center: Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada.

Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
