IT Manager (Operations)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the IT team, providing guidance, support and direction
• Manage day-to-day IT operations across the organisation’s different offices
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware and software
• Ensure smooth and reliable IT operations across all office locations
• Manage IT projects, system upgrades and implementation of new technologies
• Monitor IT security, access controls and data protection measures
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Work with external IT vendors and service providers on technical support and solutions
• Develop and implement IT policies, processes and best practices
• Manage IT budgets, resources and procurement
• Provide technical support and guidance to users across different offices
• Identify opportunities to improve IT systems, efficiency and overall user experience

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of relevant IT experience, with prior team management experience
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems and cybersecurity
