Lead PCB layout team activities

• Perform resource planning and task allocation
• Conduct design reviews
• Manage project schedules and deliverables
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams
• Establish PCB design methodology and standards

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 8+ years PCB Layout experience 3+ years team management experience Server/Networking product experience Proficient in Cadence Allegro Customer-facing experience Good English communication
