HRBP – PwC Consulting Group, Maternity Leave Cover

PwC Israel is looking for an HRBP to join our HR team and support PwC’s Consulting Group on a maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension

In this role, you will partner closely with managers and business leaders, providing HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle and supporting supporting a dynamic, technology-driven business environment

:What you’ll do

• Partner with managers on employee lifecycle matters, including onboarding, performance management, career development, employee relations and offboarding
• Drive employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture and support employee retention
• Lead and implement global HR processes, including performance evaluations, feedback cycles and engagement surveys
• Manage employee welfare programs and budgets
• Work with HR systems and data, including reporting and HR analytics
• Collaborate with local and global HR teams on various people-related projects and initiatives

:What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in a large or global organizatio
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; Master’s degree – an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a highly service-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HR systems and knowledge of Israeli labor laws
• Fluent English – written and spoken
