E-Commerce Specialist (Toko Management)

Job Description : We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online stores across various e-commerce platforms. This is a contract position with on-site placement in Penjaringan, North Jakarta. The role will be responsible for daily store operations, product management, promotions, and monitoring sales performance.
Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce stores.
- Upload and update product listings, prices, and stock.
- Monitor store performance, sales, and product visibility.
- Manage promotions, vouchers, campaigns, and discounts.
- Coordinate with warehouse and other teams regarding orders and stock.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Prepare simple reports on store performance and sales.
- Ensure product information and store displays are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online store management.
- Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or similar platforms.
- Experience in Home Living, Lifestyle, Fashion, or Pet products is preferred.
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace features.
- Able to analyze sales and store performance.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on-site in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
