FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX (FAT) SPV

Location: Kedamean, Gresik, East Java

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee, lead, and streamline day-to-day operations of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team.
• Supervise general ledger accuracy, bank and cash flow reconciliations, billing operations, and vendor disbursements across entities.
• Lead the timely preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statements).
• Ensure corporate tax compliance, overseeing monthly and annual filings (Income Tax / PPh 21, 23, 4(2), Final, Corporate CIT, and VAT / e-Faktur).
• Manage banking relations, working capital facilities, invoice financing, and treasury operations.
• Monitor statutory compliance and multi-entity reconciliations for employee social security programs (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan).
• Drive internal financial controls, SOP adherence, and serve as the lead liaison for internal and external financial audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 1-2 years in a Supervisory or Senior Lead capacity (experience in manufacturing or commodity processing is highly preferred).
• Possess Tax Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C is a plus).
• Solid command of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and prevailing tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel (financial modeling, nested lookups, Pivot Tables) and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong leadership, high business acumen, analytical thinking, and uncompromising ethical integrity.
