Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, HRIS Consultant, ERP Consultant, Software Implementation Specialist, or System Support.
  • Proven experience in HRIS or ERP implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, taxation, employee benefits, and HR administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong presentation, training, and documentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, APIs, and system integration is an advantage.
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data migration.
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
