Aufgaben
- Provide strategic legal advice to executive management and handle corporate legal affairs.
- Manage contract drafting, licensing, corporate compliance, mining law, land, and environmental matters.
- Oversee litigation processes and represent the company in legal disputes.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external legal counsel.
Anforderungen
- Min. 5–8 years of legal experience, preferably in Mining, Smelter, or Industrial Park sectors.
- Strong expertise in Indonesian mining law, contracts, licensing, and compliance.
- Proven track record in handling litigation and government relations.
- Based at or willing to relocate to HO Morowali.
