Engineer – Shift
Responsibilities
- Monitor GCP workloads and platforms; triage and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Handle service requests (access, deployments, configuration changes) with proper approvals.
- Perform routine health checks, basic troubleshooting, and escalation when needed.
- Document runbooks and contribute improvements to processes and tooling.
- Proactively identify risks/opportunities to enhance reliability, performance, and cost.
- Able to handle and understand RPA UiPath (1 candidate).
- Able to understand and support Mixpanel (1 candidate).
Qualifications
- Willing to work on a shift-based schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Solid understanding of Google Cloud fundamentals, including Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, and Monitoring/Logging.
- Highly responsive with strong customer focus and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Continuous learner with the drive to explore and master new GCP services.
- Initiative-taker and proactive problem solver with clear and timely communication.
Nice to Have
- GCP Associate Cloud Engineer (or higher) certification.
- Experience with incident & request management tools (e.g., Freshworks/Jira/ServiceNow) and observability tools (Cloud Monitoring/Logging/Grafana/Datadog, etc.).
- Scripting skills (Bash/Python/Terraform) for automation.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
