Assistant - Graphic Designer We are a newly established PMA company based in Semarang, Indonesia, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Assistant – Graphic Designer.

Job Description :

1. Develop creative visual content for company branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials related to real estate development and manufacturing.
2. Design marketing collaterals, including brochures, company profiles, catalogs, presentations, banners, signage, and digital advertisements.
3. Create visual materials for property projects, product launches, corporate events, and social media platforms.
4. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and project teams to translate business objectives into effective visual communication.
5. Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline marketing materials.Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets according to technical specifications.
6. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
7. Stay up to date with current design trends, visual communication techniques, and industry developments.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer; experience in real estate, property development, architecture, or manufacturing is an advantage.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
3. Familiarity with Canva and video editing software is a plus.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout composition, typography, branding, and marketing design.
5. Good understanding of visual branding, color theory, and print production requirements.
6. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Detail-oriented, creative, organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
8. Good communication skills and the ability to translate briefs into compelling visual concepts.
9. Proficiency in English language is Must, Mandarin language is Plus

Note : Full time Job Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 IDR Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 7.500.000 per month
