HRD Supervisor

PT JAVA AGRITECH is a Japanese Foreign Investment Company engaged in Agro Industry (Food Processing). Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of HRD Supervisor with the following details: Job Description

• Supervise daily HR operational activities.
• Manage recruitment processes, employee administration, HR management
• Control attendance, payroll, BPJS, and employment contracts.
• Handle industrial relations and employee discipline matters.
• Prepare HR reports and support employee development programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR field.
• Good understanding of recruitment, payroll, BPJS, attendance system, and Indonesian Labor Law, HR Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, good communication skills, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
