Position: Guest Service Officer (GSO) – Mandarin Speaker
Location: Kuta, Bali Employment: Full-Time

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum education SMA/SMK
- Minimum 1 year experience in Hotel, Guest Service, Front Office, or Customer Service.
- Fluent in Mandarin – speaking and listening are mandatory - Basic–Intermediate.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
- Friendly, professional, confident, and well-groomed appearance.
- Able to handle Mandarin-speaking guests professionally.
- Able to handle guest requests and basic complaints.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to explain hotel facilities and services in Mandarin.
- Computer literate; experience with hotel PMS is an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to join immediately is preferred
