Job Description

• Assist chefs and cooks in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning.
• Support basic cooking and food plating according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients.
• Monitor ingredient availability and report stock shortages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Support kitchen operations during peak hours.

Requirements

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably in Culinary Arts.
• Previous experience as a Cook Helper or Kitchen Crew is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed in Senopati, South Jakarta.
