We are seeking outgoing Field Lead Generators to represent our brand in target residential neighborhoods. In this role, you will be the face of our company, starting conversations with homeowners, identifying improvement needs, and booking free, no-obligation consultations for our expert estimators. No direct selling required—your only job is to generate interest, set up appointments, and earn big. Key Responsibilities: * Engage directly with homeowners , introduce our complete range of exterior and interior home services. * Identify home improvement needs (roofing, windows, doors, kitchen/bath remodels, concrete) through brief, friendly conversations.

• Collect contact details and schedule appointments for our sales and estimating team. * Track daily outreach, customer contacts, and scheduled consultations. * Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm, building immediate rapport. What We Offer:
