Job Description
We need an experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer. If you are interested in turning your design talents into a rewarding career with an established company in the Chicagoland area. (Near Oak Brook, IL). ProCraft Cabinetry is in need of a success-driven and team-oriented Kitchen and Bath Industry Professionals, experienced in residential cabinetry design. We focus on wholesale sales to showrooms, builders and contractors.
Qualifications
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in the kitchen and bath design business
- Must be proficient with 20-20 Bathroom & Kitchen Design software
- Basic knowledge of Excel is a must
- Knowledgeable and Passionate about exceptional client service
Detail and deadline oriented
- Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships
Additional Information
Responsibilities
- Present quality kitchen and bath drawings and estimates according to the client’s stated needs
- Provide timely response to customers inquiries regarding products, pricing, services, availability, product use, and payment terms
- Design cabinetry projects using 20 - 20 software quoting and managing the full cycle ordering process for all kitchen and bath cabinet projects
- Track and report customer contacts, leads, and sales
- Get familiar with our product lines, ordering systems, checking methods and our procedures.
- Use Excel spreadsheet to do pricing with cost and sell breakdown
- Write proposals complete with specifications for the customer
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Compensation is Base plus commission.**
**Compensation after training is minimum base of $30,000/Year with commission (No Commission Caps)
after training and with exceptional effort on your part we strive for all of our associates to be over $100,000/year with base and commission
