Senior Social Worker - Adults Long Term Care and Support

Your tasks

Adult social care in a long term team. You will hold a caseload of adults with ongoing care and support needs, carry out Care Act assessments and reviews, lead on the more complex and contested work, and support and guide less experienced colleagues in the team.

Requirements

• A social work qualification and current registration with Social Work England
• Post qualifying experience in adult social care, including Care Act assessments
