Responsible Individual (RI) - Parent and Child Assessment Centre

Your tasks

About the role Cedars Nest are opening a brand new Parent and Child Assessment Centre in Colnbrook, Slough and need an experienced Responsible Individual to take the service through Ofsted registration. Involvement is light during registration, then around one day a week once the centre opens, so it sits comfortably alongside existing commitments or consultancy work. If you have been an RI before and know Ofsted registration inside out, you can shape this service from the very beginning.

What the job involves The Ofsted registered person accountable for the service as a whole. Quality of care, regulatory compliance, supporting the registered manager and holding the relationship with Ofsted.

What we offer

Pay and hours

• Pay: £350 per day
• Hours: Part time. Minimal involvement until the centre opens (subject to Ofsted interview), then 1 day per week

How to apply

What you need

• Prior RI experience
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and governance
• A track record of supporting services through registration
