Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and perform basic mechanical maintenance of molds and machines.
• Diagnose and record mechanical faults and follow up on repair activities.
• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities regularly.
• Maintain and repair mechanical and pneumatic systems in line with manuals and technical standards.
• Record all maintenance activities and breakdowns in maintenance logs and reports.
• Support preventive-maintenance plans and monitor equipment performance to avoid recurring faults.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: Technical diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years in mechanical maintenance work.
• Language: English (reading technical instructions and fault descriptions).
• Certifications: Not required.
• Technical Knowledge
• Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Use of mechanical tools and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of pneumatic systems and mechanical assemblies.
