- To establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing excellent service while following the Porsche service processes
- To ensure an efficient and fast service process
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating customer service appointments
- Vehicle diagnosis during customer reception and post repair quality control
- Customer relationship activities
Anforderungen
- Very good communication skills
- Customer focused working approach
- Basic knowledge about vehicle mechanics and electrics (peferably technical degree holder)
- Structured and well organized working style
- Basic computer and Microsoft office skills
- Intermediate level english skills
