About US: Pop up store in the City Center Mall, looking for a full-time sales assocaite for November and December.
Aufgaben
A clothing sales associate's job involves providing excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, understanding product knowledge to offer styling advice, processing sales/returns at the POS, maintaining a tidy and well-stocked sales floor with appealing displays, and supporting store goals like loss prevention and inventory management, often working weekends and holidays.
Customer Service: Warmly greet and engage customers, answering questions about products, sizes, and store policies.
Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice, building customer rapport.
Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
Sales & Transactions: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process payments accurately.
Promote current sales, and special offers.
Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
Merchandising & Store Operations Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing, including restocking and arranging displays.
Organize and prepare merchandise, such as tagging and hanging items.
Assist with inventory tasks like stock counts and receiving shipments.
Teamwork & Store Support: Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring the floor.
Anforderungen
Essential Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic math skills for transactions.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education
- Secondary School (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
