BIM Architect

Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings

Full Time (9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) Fridays & Saturdays are off

Create accurate construction BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Produce organized architectural drawing sets for various construction stages and participate in discipline reviews.

Follow international and internal BIM standards.

Review project architectural drawings and specifications.

Identify conflicts, incomplete or unclear design information.

Navisworks

Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline design changes and model challenges.

May take the lead to develop BIM content for project specific needs.

Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and coordinating

Experience in creating Construction Drawings and handling Submittals

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Professional licensure or certification in architecture is a plus

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, etc.

5 to 12 Years of Architectural BIM experience.

Experience of Building Information Modeling (BIM software) is a must using Autodesk Revit.

Knowledge in design, calculations and design systems.

Clear understanding of BIM Standards, Processes, and workflows

Live near Zayed or October city.
