Enrollment Fulfillment Representative - Fully remote

We are looking for an Enrollment Fulfillment Representative to join our team in a fully remote role. This position involves supporting clients via email and phone, coordinating the onboarding process for new accounts, and working with internal systems to ensure a smooth and timely setup.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers.
• Gather and verify required information from dealerships, vendors, and internal teams.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, onboarding, Support Representative or in a similar customer service role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience handling customer service calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
• Data related experience.
