Your tasks

As an Senior Controllere / FP&A, you will

• Build, develop and continuously improve an independent reporting framework for the Pimcore Group.
• Own the monthly actuals vs. budget process, analyze variances and translate your findings into concrete recommendations for action.
• Take responsibility for maintaining and continuously developing the Group's budget and forecast model.
• Work closely with our accounting team as a trusted finance sparring partner, discussing accounting entries, accruals and month-end closing topics on a professional level.
• Contribute to strategic finance projects, including pricing analyses, sensitivity analyses and business case modeling.
• Prepare decision-ready analyses and meaningful financial insights for the VP Finance, management and other key stakeholders.
• Drive the professionalization and automation of our finance processes, tools and data quality.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• 4–6 years of professional experience in Controlling or FP&A, ideally within a software, SaaS or technology company.
• Strong accounting knowledge, particularly under Austrian GAAP (UGB): you are comfortable discussing accounting topics with our accounting team and understand the underlying drivers behind the numbers.
• Proven experience in building or significantly improving reporting structures and financial models.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial models and dynamic reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems – ideally Odoo – and experience with AI-supported reporting processes are considered a plus.
• An analytical, structured and hands-on mindset: you take ownership of topics end-to-end and independently deliver reliable results.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
• A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field.
