Phylax Security is hiring professional Security Guards for a sites in Newmarket / Aurora / Richmond Hill / East Gwillimbury

This role is ideal for guards who are alert, dependable, and comfortable working independently during day / night shifts. The position involves routine patrols, incident monitoring, and maintaining a visible security presence.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Maintain a visible security presence
• Patrol assigned areas and monitor for safety risks
• Write daily activity logs and incident reports
• Follow site post orders and supervisor direction
• De-escalate situations using communication and professionalism

*Requirements:*

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (required)
• Valid G/G2 Driver?s License
• Reliable vehicle to travel to site
• Must be able to start ASAP
• Ability to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods
• Professional appearance and communication

*Compensation:*

Rate varies based on site assignment, shift type, and guard certification level.

*Positions available for:*

• Full-time
• Part-time
• Morning / Evening / Overnight / Weekends shifts
