Store inventory manager

Responsibilities:

Manage the receipt, storage, issuance and movement of all factory materials and inventory. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Monitor stock levels and identify items requiring replenishment. Issue materials and accessories to production based on approved requirements. Track materials issued against individual jobs/projects. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records. Investigate and report stock variances, losses and unexplained shortages. Monitor material usage and wastage across production. Ensure proper labelling, categorisation and storage of materials. Maintain records of tools, equipment and reusable factory assets. Receive and verify materials delivered by suppliers. Work closely with Procurement, Production, QS and Factory Administration. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports. Establish and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels. Ensure proper housekeeping, security and organisation of the store. Implement systems that improve stock accuracy, accountability and inventory efficiency.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience A minimum of an OND in a related field
