AESTHETIC CLINIC

About the Role

Our client, a growing aesthetic clinic in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking a State Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team.

This role is suitable for a qualified nurse who is interested in building a career in medical aesthetics and skin wellness. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and gradually develop expertise in aesthetic treatments and clinic procedures under professional guidance.

Previous experience in aesthetics is not required. Candidates who are passionate about learning and developing within the field are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and support to clients.
• Assist with clinical procedures and treatments within the scope of nursing practice.
• Support the delivery of aesthetic and skin treatments in line with clinic protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and clinical records.
• Ensure proper hygiene, infection prevention and safety standards are maintained.
• Provide a professional and reassuring client experience throughout treatment.
• Follow all clinic procedures, safety guidelines and professional standards.
• Participate actively in ongoing training and practical development in aesthetic treatments.

Professional Training

• The successful candidate will receive structured hands-on training, beginning with foundational aesthetic treatments such as:
• Manual facials
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Microdermabrasion
• Other skin and aesthetic treatments as the candidate progresses
• Training will be provided progressively, based on the candidate's competence, experience and readiness.

Requirements

• Must be a State Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practising licence.
• Previous nursing experience is required; however, aesthetic experience is not mandatory.
• Fresh or relatively inexperienced nurses with a genuine interest in medical aesthetics are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in skincare, aesthetics and client care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail, hygiene and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn, receive training and follow established clinical procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional clinic environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₦150,000 – monthly, depending on experience and suitability.
