Public health officer

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement public health education and awareness programs. Conduct community health outreach, screening, and sensitization activities. Educate individuals and communities on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles. Collect, document, and analyze basic public health data. Assist with disease surveillance and reporting activities. Identify community health needs and contribute to appropriate interventions. Support programs addressing communicable and non-communicable diseases.
