- Contracts/ Documents/ Procedures:
- Draft, review, and provide legal advice to all kind of Contracts/Documents during the Company’s operations
- Draft and support to release Regulations/Procedures.
- Licensing:
- Manage, carry out legal procedures on granting, amending licences, certificates of the Company, including but not limited to ERC, IRC of the Company and its Branches
- Học vấn & Kinh nghiệm: Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân trở lên (chuyên ngành Luật). Có ít nhất từ 1 đến 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Công ty sản xuất quy mô lớn.
