IT Support Engineer (Tuas area |Minimum 1yr experience)
Working Hrs / Working Week: (Shift Duty) - Rotational basis
5.5 days, Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm) + Saturday (8:30am - 1:00pm) Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am - 6:00pm)
Location: Upper Changi Road Contract: 2 Years (renewable) Salary: Basic + $50 Communication Allowance Preferred: Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR
IT Engineer;
- Provide On-site services for IT-related issues, including problems with Desktops, Notebooks/MacBooks, Tablets, Printers, Plotters, MFDs, copiers, and Scanners to users
- Conduct IT Equipment Management Services related to escalation, e.g., to an external 3rd party vendor for maintenance support, etc.
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance on all laptops, workstations, and MacBooks for the University
- Able to assist with events and meetings on IT Equipment setup, especially with VIPs' presence.
Further administrative tasks:
- Knowledge or experience in managing company IT Asset in term of excel sheets or organisation asset portal.
- Experience in PC Tech Refresh, Asset Write-off and Disposal exercises (added advantage)
- Assisting walk-in Customer to the IT Care Counter whenever available
Special Requirement: Experience with handling VIP as an added advantageExperience with MAC IOS
