WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

WHAT TO BRING:
High School Diploma required
Current RBT certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
Minimum of 2 years experience working with children preferred
Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation preferred
Fluent in Chinese or Tagalog preferred but not required
