Your Responsibilities Lead, support and motivate cleaning staff

Ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Train and guide new employees

Plan shifts and coordinate daily tasks

Handle customer contact and quality checks

Support new customer start-ups

Solve unexpected challenges in a flexible and professional way

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Responsible, reliable and flexible

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Structured and able to keep an overview

Comfortable working in a busy environment

Motivated to develop as a leader

Holding a Category B driving licence
