Internal Communication Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic internal communication trainee to join our team through the Tamheer Program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about employee engagement, internal communication, content creation, and organizing company events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communication, graphic design, business administration, or a related field.

Strong design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Previous experience (academic, internship, volunteer, or professional) in organizing events or employee engagement activities.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
