Quality Assurance Supervisor

NILEWOOD is looking for a QA Supervisor to supervise day-to-day QA/QC activities across production lines and ensure compliance with our quality management systems. The role works closely with the Quality Department and plays a key part in maintaining product quality and driving continuous improvement within an industrial environment. The following qualifications and experience are required for this role:

• Supervise day-to-day QA/QC activities across production lines
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems
• Identify quality issues early and coordinate with production to resolve root causes, not just symptoms
• Support internal audits and maintain accurate quality records and reports
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 — Lead Auditor certification in one of them is a plus
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Visio and Minitab is a plus
