IT System & Network Administrator/Farsi Speaking

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, desktops, laptops, printers, and office IT equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Configure and maintain routers, managed switches, firewalls, VLANs, and VPN connections.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user accounts, permissions, and

device enrollment.

• Manage centrally controlled antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV/IP cameras, NVR systems, and IP phones.
• Monitor system and network performance, resolve incidents, and perform preventive
• At least 3 years of hands-on IT support, system administration, or network administration experience.
• Strong Windows installation, troubleshooting, and computer hardware skills.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, NAT, and VPN.
• Practical experience with firewalls, routers, and managed switches.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and user management.
• Familiarity with centralized antivirus, endpoint protection, and network security.
• Experience with CCTV systems and office networking equipment.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and technical English skills and Farsi.

Good to Have

• Experience with FortiGate, MikroTik, WatchGuard, Cisco, or Aruba.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, backup tools, and monitoring (Zabbix, PRTG, or Grafana).
• Basic PowerShell scripting skills.
