Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist and Salesperson who loves toys, collectibles, and pop culture, and enjoys helping customers find the perfect items.

• Provide product knowledge about toys, collectibles, figures, and limited items
• Actively recommend products and close sales
• Build long term relationships with collectors and repeat customers
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and after sales support
• Manage basic stock checks and product displays

Qualifications: 23–35 years old Female preferred Friendly, energetic, and well presented Strong communication and customer service skills Sales driven with a passion for toys and collectibles Able to communicate in English at an intermediate level Thai Nationality Experience in retail or toy store is a plus
