As a Project Engineer on the FPSO extension project you are responsible for the execution of agreed design and engineering and accountable for delivering quality output meeting defined project requirements. As part of your responsibility, you integrate and manage the engineering team, by assisting in establishing discipline scopes, staffing plans, schedule and engineering tools. You maintain a good team spirit and commitment to meet the safety, quality and schedule requirements. In addition, you are actively involved in change management and you take a key role in the engineering team towards clients, certifying authorities and (engineering) subcontractors, as well as towards your colleagues in procurement, contracts, construction, commissioning and operations. You will need: You will need:

  • FPSO project experience
  • North Sea Oil & Gas experience
  • Experience supporting an operational FPSO asset
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering.
  • 8 years of professional experience in engineering.
  • You are a team player with well-developed supervisory, management and conflict negotiations skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of planning and control of interdisciplinary activities, discipline responsibilities, quality aspects for control methods and procedures;
  • Experienced with procurement, contract, fabrication, construction and commissioning practices.
