RETAIL AREA MANAGER

In jewelelry field Retail Operations managers are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• managing budgets
• maintaining statistical and financial records
• dealing with customer queries and complaints
• overseeing pricing and stock control
• maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• preparing promotional materials and displays.

Undertake retail duties as assigned e.g. customer service, manage point-of-sale processes Optimize sales performances and store’s profitability Develop sales and Analyse with a commercial view visual merchandising Have a competitive strategy Manage daily the store: be answerable for good management of the store Assure the administrative and legal management Manage the team Evaluate and develop team

Need experience to the relavant field.

• Hands-on experience in managing large format store or a chain of retail stores
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and results-oriented
• Working in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
