Navkar Logistics Ltd. is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to join our Winnipeg team. In this role, you will help coordinate daily deliveries, communicate with drivers and customers, monitor local routes, and support efficient transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for local pickup and delivery assignments
• Plan and adjust daily routes based on delivery requirements, traffic, and operational priorities
• Maintain regular communication with drivers throughout the day
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide delivery updates
• Resolve delivery, routing, scheduling, and service issues in a timely manner
• Ensure drivers receive accurate pickup, delivery, and customer instructions
• Monitor ongoing deliveries and assist with any operational changes
• Maintain clear and accurate dispatch, delivery, and customer-service records
• Support the logistics team with other daily coordination tasks as required

Qualifications

• Valid driver?s licence is required
• Strong knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas, including major streets and local routes
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, delivery coordination, or customer service is an asset
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both drivers and customers
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer systems

Compensation

Salary will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and qualifications.
