- Develop design proposals and communicate with clients.
- Prepare and develop architectural designs using BIM/Revit.
- Prepare BOQ for quotation and cost estimation.
- Send RFQs to subcontractors/vendors and review/compare quotations.
- Coordinate with relevant disciplines and project stakeholders.
- Background in Architecture / Civil Design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Revit/BIM.
- Experience in factory, warehouse, or industrial projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in BOQ, tender, quotation, or cost estimation is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Candidates with experience in Japanese contractors/construction companies are highly preferred.
