Hr Manager - Chinese Speaking

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company specializing in boiler, welding and mechanical manufacturing, with a large-scale factory in Hải Phòng. The company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the full HR function and support the factory's growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead overall HR operations including manpower planning, HR policy, recruitment, C&B, performance management...
• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration or related fields.
• 5+ years of full-scope HR experience in manufacturing, including 3+ years at HR Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, C&B, Labor Relations and HR Compliance.
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance and Trade Union regulations , with hands-on labor dispute experience.
