ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Business Director Department (0BD), Corporate Business Office Division (0CB), Records Management, Forms, and Directives Branch (OCB4) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $138,370).
Major duties
- You will lead and assist in the design, guidance, direction, deployment and administration of the RM Program.
- You will serve as a RM expert, providing guidance and counsel to management and employees in the implementation and execution of the RM Program.
- You will create, update and/or maintain Command level records/RM policy and procedure documents to reflect Navy Records Management requirements, own recommendations, and management direction.
- You will serve as a management representative, providing leadership and guidance for implementation of the Command’s RM Program to ensure that a RM Program is designed, deployed, implemented and maintained IAW Navy policy.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supporting or administering a records and information management compliance program; applying records management principles, policies, and procedures; and ensuring organizational compliance with applicable Federal and Department of the Navy records management requirements.
