MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ASSISTANT
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ASSISTANT in the FLEET READINESS CENTER MID ATLANTIC FRCMA PAX A/C MAINT DEPT CMD OPS DIV of FRC DET MIDLANT PAX RIVER MD MPN.
Major duties
- You will maintain official command files and checks files for proper disposition, communicate orally, relay information to military and management.
- You will coordinate, interpret and apply regulations and procedures pertaining to military personnel.
- You will apply regulations and procedures applicable to military personnel to independently initiate and/or complete personnel actions which affect pay, advancement, and retention of personnel.
Qualifications
GS-06 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Obtain military service records as required; maintains control and access and accountability of service records. Ensure entries/corrections are made to personnel service records as needed. Process all incoming/outgoing military personnel daily muster report to support personnel on leave, TAD, etc. GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Provide to military personnel and managers all CCPA related requirements, regulations, and procedures to ensure that transactions and requests are executed accurately and within required TSC deadlines. Ensure all required forms and documents are completed accurately and routed correctly to the TSC in a timely manner. Support the military personnel electronic leave (e-Leave) program, as well as other required Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) processes.
